Prevento HQ Privacy Policy

Prevento HQ is operated by Rojocuadrado LLC. This policy explains what information Prevento collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
Prevento collects information needed to operate an event site-survey workspace:
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, and user identifiers.
- Event workspace content, such as event details, tasks, notes, comments, photos, annotations, voice memos, transcripts, participant information, and invited contact details selected by a user.
- Diagnostic information, such as crash reports, performance data, device context, and app runtime logs.
- Push notification tokens, used only to deliver app notifications.
Prevento does not collect health, financial, precise location, or advertising tracking data.
How We Use Information
- Provide and sync event workspaces across authorized team members.
- Authenticate users and manage event access permissions.
- Store, process, and display photos, audio, transcripts, notes, comments, tasks, and reports.
- Send notifications for relevant event activity.
- Troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, and service reliability problems.
- Protect accounts, organizations, and event data from unauthorized access.
Service Providers
Prevento uses trusted service providers to run the app:
- Clerk for authentication.
- Supabase for database, file storage, realtime sync, and backend functions.
- AssemblyAI for voice memo transcription.
- Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics.
- Apple Push Notification service for push notifications.
These providers process information only as needed to provide Prevento's app functionality.
Tracking and Advertising
Prevento does not sell personal information and does not use collected data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data Sharing
Workspace content is shared only with users who have access to the same organization or event, according to the permissions configured in Prevento. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of the service, or to prevent abuse.
Data Retention
Prevento keeps account, organization, and event workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service, support the team using the workspace, and maintain security and audit records. Users or organization admins may request deletion of eligible information.
Security
Prevento uses authentication, organization-based access controls, database Row Level Security, encrypted network connections, and time-limited file access URLs to help protect workspace data.
